How he loved you?
I don't know.
And it'll be more easier to say how I love him.
I love him for the son he was to his mom
I love him for the brother he was to his sisters
I love him for the friend he was to his friends
I love him for the person he was to me
This is how I love him.
I love him for the similarities he had with me
I love him for the differences he has from me
I love him for the stubbornness we shared
I love him for sharing the same birth date
This is how I love him.
I love him for the anger he never bestowed upon anyone else except on me or a dear one
I love him for the over protective hands on my shoulders
I love him for the twinkling jealous in his eyes
I love him for his tears for me when he miss me
This is how I love him.
I love him for his love for beaches
I love him for his love for speed
I love him for his love for insignificant gestures
I love him for his craziness
This is how I love him.
Don't why he loved
Or how he loved me.
But I loved him for who he was,
And still, I do!

ReplyDeleteBut what I love more is your tagline "Sometimes its easy to pen down than saying aloud." Contains so much truth in it! :)
Thank you sp much. :)
DeleteIt is a very soft and comfortable poem One that you can read and re-read and not quite get bored with it. Or is it because we all relate to it so much?
ReplyDeleteRicha
